Made-to-Order Products

All products sold through our website are made to order. Items are not pre-made or kept in stock unless otherwise stated. Because each order is created specifically for the customer, production times may vary.

Processing & Turnaround Times

Our current estimated turnaround time is 2–4 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Please note that turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Production times may vary based on:

  • Current order volume

  • Seasonal demand

  • Material availability

  • Personal scheduling and work commitments

As a small business, we carefully handcraft and fulfill each order. While we work diligently to complete orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or due to scheduling constraints.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the turnaround time posted at the time of purchase.

If turnaround times change significantly after your order is placed, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates.

Order Status & Communication

Customers are responsible for reviewing current turnaround times before placing an order. Updates regarding processing times may be posted on our website and/or social media pages.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate when placing an order so we can reach you if necessary.

Final Sale Policy

Because all items are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds due to customer preference changes

  • Refunds due to ordering errors made by the customer

  • Cancellations after an order has been placed

Please carefully review all product descriptions, customization options, sizing information, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution if the error was ours.

Shipping

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the current posted turnaround time and final sale policy.
